We utilize The Events Calendar Pro (v4.2.5) with Events Tickets Plus (4.2.6) with Woocommerce. When looking at the attendee data to prepare for the event (export of csv file of all attendees); it seems arbitrarily there was data missing from some of the registrations from custom ticket field sets that were set to be required. Is this a know issue and how can this be prevented. We have the custom field sets because the information is absolutely required (such as waiver) and cannot have the data not be not saved\/transmitted\/accessible after registration is complete. Registration did complete successfully, as participants paid for the event, however, if they had not filled out the information, they should not have been allowed to event proceed to the payment page. Please advise. We will go thourgh and update to the latest versions, as we did not want to do that in the last days before the event we had scheduled. but we need to ensure this does not happen again.
