When I go to my downloads page, there&#8217;s supposed to be a button that I click that will enable me to pay for the license renewal, but it just reloads the same downloads page (this is a similar issue to that posted by Neil on 10\/14, but my license shouldn&#8217;t be expired). This is very frustrating. I tried to post to the Support forum, but because my license is supposedly expired, it says I&#8217;m not allowed to post. ?!?<\/p>\n<p>I emptied browser cache and also logged in using a different browser\u2026no change.<\/p>\n<p>Please forward this to the appropriate support people.
