The church I am working with uses their calendars to book spaces in their church. Each week the Parish Administrator prints out an aggregate of 7 google calendars to double check with her staff. I have set up an Events Pro calendar using the venue name to specify a given room. When we export the file to .ics and print the list from the Mac calendar application, everything is there EXCEPT the venue name, which would have the room at the church associated with it (e.g, Parish Hall \u2014 St. Andrew’s Church; or Harvey Room \u2014 St. Andrew’s Church). <\/p>\n
