Unfortunately, we do not know the login. Are we supposed to get a login access via email after our test purchase? Also, we were trying to do the test on a different browser but we were getting the same issue. Is it because we are using same computer or IP that it won&#8217;t allow us to do a ticket purchase for another person? If so, how to disable such setting so that we can do multiple tests on the same computer or at least different browser should work.<\/p>\n<p>Hope to hear from you soon.
