However, it looks like the reports are the same between the two ticketing versions, so this may apply. It&#8217;s definitely a bug, or at least extremely odd.<\/p>\n<p>Two admin users are checking the attendee reports. Neither is the event author. One user can see the ticket type and security code; the other cannot. Screenshots are attached.<\/p>\n<p>The two of us are using the site in the same condition &#8211; same plugins activated, etc.<\/p>\n<p>I thought of some possible data that might help, and am checking with the other user for info. My system is a PC, Win 7, Chrome browser.
