However, even though the payment did not go through and was not marked as finished, one ticket was removed from the stock. I then made a second purchase which worked but I received acknowledgement  of my payment only by PayPal (no mail from Events Tickets Plus. After I manually completed the order, I received a mail with the tickets. Perfect. Now I have made two more purchases but though I see the message in the dashboard saying that a certain number of  tickets are pending, I cannot change the order status to completed anywhere&#8230; Thanks for any help.
