I just got back from 2 weeks at burning man and when I returned, my client was getting errors from folks purchasing tickets. I have created a dummy event to recreate the events. 1st: When customer tries to buy a ticket screen-cap one happens. In screen-cap 2, this is what I see. When client hits purchase again (and they do because of the error), they are charged again but we do not see that on WooC. I then complete the order and all notifications go out correctly. If I try to refund the order, then scree-cap 3 happens. I&#8217;m gonna start the troubleshooting with you folks since your plugins were updated the most recently. All of my plugins are updated. I&#8217;m thinking (maybe incorrectly) that a feature in WooC&lt; making tickets a downloadable item&gt; is conflicting with the new features added in the latest event and ticket plugins of which I have premium.
