Since 90% of those fields were required, we were curious as to how it could happen and we&#8217;ve discovered two ways.<\/p>\n<p>The first is that if you increase the quantity of a ticket in the cart, it doesn&#8217;t add any attendee information to the extra tickets. This was a simple fix &#8211; we just removed quantity changing from the cart.<\/p>\n<p>The second is that if you log out and log in on another machine (or otherwise lose your session information), it doesn&#8217;t seem to retain the attendee information you entered when you added the ticket on the first machine.
