Thank you for all of the hard work and support on your free and premium software.<\/p>\n<p>I am experiencing a couple of issues that I&#8217;m hopeful you could help to point me in the right direction on:<\/p>\n<p>1. The ticket emails that are sent out are great but the QR codes are not being generated on the emails. I&#8217;m hopeful I could use these QR codes to assist in event check-in at my music venue so I&#8217;d like to get these up and running before I launch my new site. <\/p>\n<p>2. I have checked the &#8220;Try to set the status of new ticket orders to complete automatically&#8221; check box in the admin panel and it&#8217;s not resulting in orders being marked as complete. I understand that the setting is prefaced with &#8220;Try&#8221; but I&#8217;m hopeful you could give me an idea of how I can achieve this if the admin setting is not working as I had hoped. <\/p>\n<p>3. Is there any way of disabling the order completed email for ticket sales only? Especially if we are able to achieve the marking of the orders as completed on ticket sales function mentioned in #2 above.
