\nThe ticket was resolved but now it has appeared again but your ticketing system won’t allow me to submit another ticket. If there’s a way to re-open a closed ticket, awesome. But I can’t get support on the problem because your system won’t allow me. So I will create THIS ticket and then hopefully be able to write the REAL problem I’m having in a comment below this.
