A customer recently purchased 9 tickets from our sporting events site, metadeportiva.com, but in the email sent from the Events Ticket Plus system, only the additional information from the first two tickets did send. The remaining 7 tickets additional information fields were empty in the email.<br \/>\nThe customer is certain that she put the info for all 9 tickets.<br \/>\nCan you tell me if there is some reason for this data lost?
