When a customer orders a pack of ten tickets (I set it up so that ordering 10 tickets would prompt a discount), the attendee information for each ticket is lost for some reason.<br \/>\nI&#8217;ve set up the ticket form to collect name, email address, phone number and other demographic information applicable to the event, and for every order of 10 tickets that has come through (17 orders of ten tickets) none of the attendee information has been saved. The name and email address were required fields, and I know from speaking to customers that they inputted the details.<br \/>\nAll orders of less than 10 tickets have saved the attendee data perfectly, it has just happened consistently when someone orders 10 tickets for this event.<\/p>\n<p>I tried to recreate the issue by creating a test event and ordering 10 tickets myself, but the attendee information was saved in that case so I wasn&#8217;t able to recreate the situation.<\/p>\n<p>At this stage given as the orders have already been processed I&#8217;ll have to manually collect the required information by emailing my customers. I&#8217;ve been looking through the forums trying to see if there is anyway that I can add this information that I collect later on to the already ordered tickets but it seems this isn&#8217;t a feature yet.
