WooThemes support insists the problem described below is related to a custom trigger in your product. Your help will be greatly appreciated!<\/p>\n<p>I have created an Event (&#8220;Write a Better Product Description&#8221;) that is expected to be the first in a series of similar events. So, it&#8217;s been assigned the event the Event Category of &#8220;Write a Better Product Description.&#8221; Here&#8217;s a screenshot of the Edit Event page:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/i.imgur.com\/LpeTV4b.png\">http:\/\/i.imgur.com\/LpeTV4b.png<\/a><\/p>\n<p>I created a Ticket for the Event named &#8220;Write a Better Product Description &#8211; Session 1.&#8221; Here&#8217;s a screenshot of the Tickets section of the Edit Event page:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/i.imgur.com\/DcCF33A.png\">http:\/\/i.imgur.com\/DcCF33A.png<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s a screenshot of the Edit Product page associated with the Ticket:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/i.imgur.com\/oj3HdYw.png\">http:\/\/i.imgur.com\/oj3HdYw.png<\/a><\/p>\n<p>I created a Follow-up Emails Campaign consisting of four Events Emails. The first is to be triggered by the completed purchase of a ticket to an Event in the &#8220;Write a Better Product Description&#8221; Event Category. Here&#8217;s a screenshot of the Follow-Up Emails in the campaign:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/i.imgur.com\/VbncAd4.png\">http:\/\/i.imgur.com\/VbncAd4.png<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Finally, here&#8217;s a screenshot of the Follow-up Details for the first Follow-Up Email in the campaign (&#8220;Welcome&#8221;):<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/i.imgur.com\/24cgJzp.png\">http:\/\/i.imgur.com\/24cgJzp.png<\/a><\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve made two test purchases of a ticket to the Event.
