Maybe because it has my account attached to it or whatever else. Anyhow a day later I have renewed the same plugin after I have talked to the client (Order: 1134959 &#8211; Please see attached image KDS_receipt.jpg) using PayPal and the client agreed to contact you and get his VISA refunded. This has happened but instead of the client order 1134900 you have refunded my order 1134959 and the money went to the client VISA.<\/p>\n<p>Is it possible to reinstate my order 1134959 and cancel the clients order 1134900?
