Is it normal for the display order on photo view to be not in order? <\/p>\n

This is what I’m getting –
\nJuly 8 || July 9 || July 10
\nJuly 16 || July 15 || July 11
\nAug 17 || Aug 27 || Aug 8
\nIt’s like that on every page. Some lines in order, some not.<\/p>\n

I’ve tried removing the featured image photos (which defeats the purpose of using that view), and it still does not display in the correct order. <\/p>\n

Does the sort order rely on the length of the excerpt text?<\/p>\n
