Hi – I need to add a feature to an internal business (behind our firewall) for our users only so that they can enter their meetings and list the guests who will be attending.<\/p>\n

Would the events calendar work in this regard where they could book a meeting in a meeting room and also list the attendees but not have to log in to add the event.<\/p>\n

Then on the back end our security guard would be able to see the listing of people who are coming into the building for a meeting and verify they are who they are. <\/p>\n

It needs to be simple to enter the data to get employees to add their meetings. <\/p>\n
