It does show the prompt to complete the form (as if the name\/email input areas were visible).<\/p>\n<p>If I put in a different number in place of the 1, and click outside of the input area, the input fields appear. If I then input 1, and click outside the input area, the name\/email input area appears. <\/p>\n<p>Appears there might be a conflict with it expecting the input of the number 1, not that it would be there by default. <\/p>\n<p>Tried this on my desktop with both Safari and Chrome (latest versions did not show input area) but my iPhone 6 did.<\/p>\n<p>I have read the other postings on default tickets.
