I got a noticed that there was an update available. Since you have to have the base plugin updated firs (i.e before the Pro) I updated Event Tickets. It went fine. Then I tried to update Event Tickets Plus and caused a critical error that brought down the site. To bring it back up I ftp’d in and renamed the Plus plugin which caused the plugin to deactivate and thankfully enabled the site to come back up. To make the story short I went through a few steps before I realized that before I could update Event Tickets Plus I needed to first update the base version of Event Calendar. In other words, don’t update the either the pro/plus version of the calendar or tickets until the base versions are first updated. Once the bases are updated then updated the pro/plus version and the updates run smoothly.

M.T. – You guys should have handlers in the code based to prevent this from happening.

["post-1124099","topic","type-topic","status-closed","hentry

Updating to new version - Make sure base is updated first -

<meta property="og:description" content="This is more of just an fyi for others.
