For the past few months, the backend of my WordPress site has been pretty slow to access. After logging in, it takes between 6-11 seconds to load the dashboard. I have disabled all other plugins to check loading speeds, and it still loads slow. If I disable Events Cal Pro, it loads almost instantaneously. It’s a brand new server with plenty of resources allocated to this site, so it’s not hardware related.<\/p>\n

I have gone back and removed all events prior to April 2016, and the problem still persists. I have optimized the tables on my db, repaired them, etc, and it’s still slow. I’ve ran Query Monitor’s to keep track of loading times and all signs point to ECP.<\/p>\n

Is there anything else that can be done or do I just have to get used to it?<\/p>\n
