Hi Folks- so i have a couple of custom fields at work and i’m hoping to do some visual stuff based on whether they’re populated or not. <\/p>\n

at the most basic i know to display them using this:
\n<?php echo tribe_get_custom_field('Company'); ?><\/code>
\nWhat i want to do is something more visual where i can display slightly more visual elements if the field is populated, and nothing if it’s empty.<\/p>\n

i tried the following (i’m trying to show some FontAwesome icons and style the text without creating empty elements if the fields aren’t populated) :
\n
\n<php if tribe_get_custom_field('Company'):?><\/p>\n

\n <i class=\"fa fa-clock-o\"><\/i> <?php echo tribe_get_custom_field('Company');?>
\n <\/h5>\n

<?php endif;?> <\/code><\/p>\n

This didn’t work- is there a way to achieve this? i do use the advanced custom fields but i’d rather use built-in functionality if available. <\/p>\n
