I was wondering if it’s possible to prevent the datepicker from disappearing when you touch another part of the screen in mobile? Or maybe it would be better if it could be made to return by pressing the date field again. Right now you can get the datepicker back by clicking “Done” or the field label (“EVENTS FROM”) or pressing another field and returning to the date field. So I think users would figure it out. But in testing I’ve noticed people losing the datepicker and expecting to get it back by pressing the date field again, only to be given the select/select all/paste prompt from the phone. They eventually get it of course.

In the larger scheme of things it’s not a huge problem. I’m guessing for a modification it might be easier to make the datepicker remain and force the user to choose. That might be annoying too, but not confusing.

["post-1111247","topic","type-topic","status-closed","hentry

datepicker in mobile view - keep showing after swipe? -

<meta property="og:description" content="Thanks for the great product.
