In the meantime I wanted to get started on creating a Refund Policy and\/or workflows for when a ticket is sold using Pay Pal Adaptive payments, and then a refund is issued. <\/p>\n<p>My understanding is that with the Pay Pal Adaptive Payments, when someone buys a ticket the payment is split (according to whatever % or fee I decide upon) and the money is then sent to both me (the web site owner) and the event organizer. This is great. <\/p>\n<p>But when the person wants a refund for the ticket, my understanding is that PayPal refunds the person in full from my PayPal account, and then I have to try to get the money that the event organizer still has.
