Our issues are the following:<br \/>\n&#8211; Auto ticket send is not working at all when a client purchases tickets (neither is manual ticket send working)<br \/>\n&#8211; We receive ticket receipts inconsistently <\/p>\n<p>We have done all the trouble shooting tips you provided, all other emails \/ enquiry forms are sending fine from the website, updates have been done (but they caused all sorts of problems, ie. updating of &#8216;Events Calendar&#8217;, &#8216;Events Tickets&#8217; and &#8216;Events Tickets Plus&#8217; and all other plugins associated and also not associated with the ticketing processes. <\/p>\n<p>I have de-activated and re-activated plugins, tried another theme, deleted cache a dozen times, reloaded events, tried other plugins for mail sending, our Woocommerce Settings are set to have &#8216;Auto Complete&#8217;, correct admin emails are in place and tested to receive emails, but not working with &#8216;Event Tickets&#8217;&#8230;Checked server logs, checked outdated pages and corrected, &#8216;Woocommerce Tickets&#8217; turned off under the plugins, woocommerce updated to latest version, theme updated to run with &#8216;Event Tickets&#8217; and &#8216;Event Tickets Plus&#8217; (the theme is Eventica which supports &#8216;Events Calendar&#8217; and &#8216;Events Tickets&#8217; and &#8216;Events Tickets Plus&#8217; and Woocommerce, etc, etc.<\/p>\n<p>The hosting server reveals no issues \/ conflicts, so not sure from here.
