Thanks for the update last night from the other post. I’ll go ahead and start another thread since the same issues persist on our installations. For us and our clients as well, the issues have been less about the exporting functionality and more about the UI concerns of not being able to have a name and email column for tickets purchased. Additionally, the AJAX sorting by name still does not work as well. In a large event setting, it’s significantly more efficient to check people in by name versus relying on them to produce the ticket and\/or order number.<\/p>\n

Hopefully that all makes sense. I’m sure I’m not the only one that would basically beg to have the original functionality back. It was awesome and worked so well.<\/p>\n
