Hi,
\nwe use the Eventbrite Tickets Pro quite often. Today, there is a bug and we don\u00b4t know why. We try to connect the event as usual to the Eventbrite Tickets, we put in all required data and there is no bug showing like “data is incorrect”. By saving and put the Event life, the Eventbrite Ticket Connection switches automatically back to “No” and all information is deleted again. So it is not possible to connect the Tickets with the Events. We deinstalled new Plugins and used another theme, deinstalled the Plugin as well and checked the licenece key but it\u00b4s still not working.
