Hello I just purchased this plugin and it looks perfect!<\/p>\n
3 issues I’ve encountered and am hoping to find a solution: <\/p>\n
1) On every ticket the page title displays “Blog – Latest News” instead of the ticket name. Eg. https:\/\/zontaottawa.ca\/another-event\/<\/p>\n
2) Ticket are not<\/strong> getting emailed out to people. I have created a free test event, ordered 2 tickets myself and did not receive them. I’m using Woocommerce. I received the “Thank you for your order” email, the “New customer order” email and the “Your order is complete” email which all state the tickets will come in another email. I have not received any further emails with the tickets. <\/p>\n 3) The third problem is that event tickets are not completing on their own. In order to receive the “complete” email as mentioned above, I had to go into Woocommerce –> Orders and mark the order as completed. I checked off the option “Try to set the status of new ticket orders to “complete” automatically” in the Event Tickets settings, but this didn’t seem to do anything.<\/p>\n Thanks in advance for any assistance! <\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","class_list":["post-1093129","topic","type-topic","status-closed","hentry"],"yoast_head":"\n
