Without ECPro activated, the menus will (1) display a small arrow on the menu item if there is a submenu associated with it, (2) drop down to the submenu on mouseover, (3) consolidate to a responsive menu for mobile devices.  The section of code responsible for these features is in &#8216;header.php&#8217; file lines 78 through 131.  Somehow, ECPro is causing the jQuery to breakdown or fail.  I tried looking around for solutions, and some sites suggest using jQuery in no-conflict node or making sure to use the latest version of jQuery, but this functionality was built into the theme and I&#8217;m not familiar with how to manage or manipulate jQuery.
