I found a thread which discussed this and recommended changing to the 2015 Theme, deactivating all plugins, flushing the cache, and starting them back up one by one.  So, that&#8217;s what I did and it doesn&#8217;t look like it&#8217;s a plugin issue.  The problem does come and go when I switch to and from our theme.  The theme was created by a web developer when he built our site and I don&#8217;t want to go back to them if I don&#8217;t have to.  Plus, I&#8217;m not a WordPress guru either.
