We are using The Events Calendar plugin for our events and conferences, was wondering if you had anything that would allow us to add functionality for scheduling demos at an event. <\/p>\n

What the user would do is from the event view, have another calendar to pick an available slot for a demo. We want this to be easy for the user to see available time slots and go a head and pick a time, then schedule it online. They would only be able to pick hour time slots from open time. Could not book a slot once its been filled. <\/p>\n

This would be a boost to our sales group in setting their schedule at a show. We would want to collect the users name, email, and company they are from.<\/p>\n
