I know TEC does not have as many features, but Im looking for somehting that WORKS. Every week I&#8217;m dealing with my client who has continuous issues with tickera. NIGHTMARE. So have some pre purchase questions for you.<\/p>\n<p>1. If using EC Pro and Tickets Pro, what control do you have over the emails customers get?<br \/>\n2. If someone purchases a ticket, they get a  WooComm invoice, do they also get a TICKET?<br \/>\n3. What does a ticket look like?<br \/>\n4. Can you customise the ticket (tickera has ticket templates you can define per ticket\/ per event)?<br \/>\n5. Do you have a check in app? (ie attendees bring tickets and you can scan to check in at door)?<br \/>\n6. Can you create manual orders for customers that are unable to book themselves?<br \/>\n7. Is there anyway to prompt use to complete a form? IE, can we customise thank you email to have a link to complete form? My client runs some events where she must gather additional information.<\/p>\n<p>Basically tickera has:<br \/>\n1. Custom forms per ticket \/ event type<br \/>\n2. Custom ticket templates per ticket (so you can design the tickets they are sent)<br \/>\n3.
