Hi, I am working with a site that needs to publish events on a calendar for subscribers (only available when logged in). Some events would be available for all subscriber, and a smaller set of events are available for each user. These events do not have a physical location but we would need the time to convert to the local time for the user. So, we would need the following:<\/p>\n

– Events visible or hidden based on who the user is. So events would need to be tagged for all or by User Name\/ID and filtered appropriately. So events that are not tagged as “all”, would be hidden unless tagged for the specific user.<\/p>\n

– Times on all events would show based on the user’s time zone. If the event starts at 5pm EST, but I live in California it would show on my calendar as 2pm that day.<\/p>\n

Are any of these available out of the box?
\nOr, would it be possible to hire your developers to customize the implementation? (how to rates and availability work for this?)<\/p>\n
