We just noticed that somewhere in the last couple of versions (can&#8217;t verify exactly which one) the old issue of &#8216;Unnamed Venues&#8217; being created and added when you don&#8217;t add a specific venue for an event appears to have popped back up. <\/p>\n<p>We had this ongoing known problem on older versions of ECP, and always had to teach clients how to ignore or work around it. But it appeared to have been fixed many versions ago (a year or two ago), and we haven&#8217;t had to worry about it for a long time.<\/p>\n<p>But today I started seeing it happen again as I was adding new events without specifying a venue. We had just updated to v.4.0.5, but I can&#8217;t confirm that this was when it started up (we didn&#8217;t always add new venues every time a minor update came out).<\/p>\n<p>It does create a new venue in the Venues list (named &#8216;Unnamed Venue&#8217;). And it also displays this in the front-end of the site, along with the State, a Google link and a map pointing to what appears to be the center of the state (CA). <\/p>\n<p>We do have a template override for the venue.php file, but that is only one line to remove the hyperlink from the title.
