We just renewed our license key for WooTickets on our site algomapac.com (now “disconnected”) but realize now we probably meant to purchase the key newer Events Tickets plugin. Can we please get the license transferred?<\/p>\n

Also, we were trying to update all the plugins on the site, and thought by disconnecting the license from the live production site we’d be able to test everything on a staging site first, but don’t see anyway to reconnect to license.<\/p>\n

For background, after updating everything, we were at the follow versions for the plugins: <\/p>\n

The Events Calendar – 4.0.5
\nThe Events Calendar: WooCommerce Tickets – Version 3.7
\nWooCommerce – Version 2.5.1<\/p>\n

… but continued to get “To begin using WooTickets, please install the latest version of The Events Calendar” (thought that as the latest version as far as we know). We assume by getting the newer Events Plugin, this will be fixed.<\/p>\n
