It&#8217;s quite frustrating to pay for a product that you cannot use, as well as get very little assistance after purchasing it. I was initially excited about the iCal Importer feature; however, though I love how it aesthetically integrates with my Avada theme, it appears that it&#8217;s not working properly. At your earliest convenience, could you kindly issue me a refund for the purchase?
