When we first loaded the software there was a conflict with some other plugins on our WordPress site and so we had to downgrade to version 2 until we were able to figure out a solution.  The process was very time consuming so when version 3.10 was released (a major upgrade that would require some work to install) we opted to stick with the version we had and not upgrade.<\/p>\n<p>Now, after all this time, the plugin is starting to have problems on our site.  We may need to upgrade.  I&#8217;m wondering if you offer any kind of service to upgrade the software for us (install, set up, and match the existing look and functionality).  If so, what is the cost of the service.<\/p>\n<p>If not, is there any easy  way to upgrade the software and keep the exiting look and functionality without having to redo all the CSS and template customizations?  Let me know.
