We are very pleased with the version of The Events Calendar we have been using! Thanks for making such a good product. Now, we are looking into ways to give our users the option to reserve physical meeting spaces, online. We are considering your Community Events add-on, but have questions regarding various features & functions, to determine whether this would be a good fit. I hope you can help!<\/p>\n
1. When an anonymous user navigates to the front-end page to create a community event, and they go through the process to submit an event, is there a way for them not to be able to create a new venue? And is there a way for them to not be able to view pre-existing organizers, but rather, to have to fill in their own information? To what extent can the front-end user experience be customized? Can headings be changed? (e.g. change “Venue Details” to “Select Your Preferred Meeting Room,” or “Organizer Details” to “Please Enter Your Contact Information”)<\/p>\n
2. Would a user be blocked from submitting a community event that would have been scheduled partially or wholly during a time\/location already scheduled in the Events Calendar? How does Community Events handle scheduling conflicts?<\/p>\n
3. Is there an option for users to see a calendar view (weekly) and select time blocks that are available, and see unavailable time blocks?<\/p>\n
