After nearly a year of working beautifully, for the past couple of weeks our cart has been acting up. When members goes to register, no matter what quantity they enter, they get to the cart and are told that it’s empty.<\/p>\n

We’re updated to WooTickets 3.12.1, Events Calender 4.0.4, and Woocommerce 2.4.12. We’ve done all of the things we can think of and are thoroughly stumped.<\/p>\n
Also \u2014\u00a0this is an unrelated issue (maybe), but we’d managed to get the cart box to display in the upper-right hand corner of the event page, so that the order form was available immediately available. The CSS all seems to be in place: you can see that the box still floats right. However, it’s back down at the bottom of the page. I vaguely remember a small hack to the Single Event template to move it up? Unfortunately, I can’t find any notes and the the old copies of the files got overwritten in the upgrades.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","class_list":["post-1050785","topic","type-topic","status-closed","hentry"],"yoast_head":"\n
