This should fix the problem where in multiple views the entire event description was showing instead of the shorter version like before v4.<\/p>\n<p>Because of the issue caused by the v4 upgrade, I added excerpts to all my events and was quite pleased with the outcome. But after the 4.01 patch, I see that even my manual excerpts are overruled!
