I’m trying out Facebook imports and in a lot of cases the venue address is not getting imported correctly. <\/p>\n

An address on Facebook like “streetname 23, Berlin” which works fine on Facebook map view only results in a venue named “streetname 23, Berlin” in Events Calendar with empty address information.<\/p>\n

What are the requirement for address data on Facebook to be properly imported into Events Calendar? street name, number and city obviously – what else? <\/p>\n

How does this work in the background – what library or service is being used to converted the location string to structed address data?<\/p>\n

Here’s a sample event that is not getting imported correctly:
