Each room has a different start time (always an hour long with a 15 minute buffer between bookings) to stagger the start of each of those event starts. Additionally one room can be booked in conjunction with another room or as 2 separate bookings.<\/p>\n<p>Ideally, we would have a system were all the events are on one calendar so you can see what availability all day.
