On several places you’re incorrectly using the __() function from wordpress, and it makes it virtually impossible to correctly translate the system. The main problem is that you’re trying to build the sentences automatically.<\/p>\n

Where you simply put in the word Event, works fine for English – but it does not work for Norwegian and a bunch of other languages. The users will understand what is meant, but it’s not proper Norwegian.<\/p>\n
The word Event translates to several different forms in Norwegian:<\/p>\n
Arrangement (An event)
\nArrangementet (The event)
\nArrangementene (All the events)
\n…and so on.<\/p>\n
For you it would be like:<\/p>\n
An Event Website
\nAn Event Cost
\netc.<\/p>\n
To make matters worse: We’re not allowed to use capital characters in the middle of a sentence, so we can’t try to rephrase the sentences like “The organizer of %s”.<\/p>\n
The solution to the problem is of course problematic, since it destroys much of your translations – but I know that this problem is true for many of the European languages; German, Danish, Swedish, Icelandic, Norwegian, probably French and Spanish as well.<\/p>\n
You should stop using %s inside of sentences for language words. It will yield a few more sentences to translate, but that is no problem compared to me having to rewrite every single template to make it look good in Norwegian.<\/p>\n
