The events calendar plays very nicely with my desktop theme, but I’m having an issue with my mobile theme.<\/p>\n

The problem is with recurring events. They can flood the front page of my mobile theme, slowing it down by showing dozens of events going forward over many months and at the same time choking out my current content from other sources.<\/p>\n

I’d prefer to throttle the number of recurrences of a particular event that show up on the front page, but barring that, I’d be OK with simply preventing the event posts from displaying on the front page of my mobile theme. Is there any way to do either of these?<\/p>\n
