We have been working on the iCal feed integration and all-in-all we are very satisfied and this is a huge asset to our project. Came across a few things while setting up the first feed that I had some questions on:<\/p>\n
1. When doing the first import I set them to import as a ‘draft’ – unfortunately, this also meant it imported the venue as a draft, so rather than go through and manually publish both the venue and the event I confirmed that I was happy with the import then went through and deleted all the imports (deleted and then permanently removed from trash) and tried to re-import with as ‘published’. Unfortunately, it won’t find any of those events. I’m assuming there is some reference to them in the DB so they are probably considered as duplicates or already imported. Any suggestions?<\/p>\n
2. The import does not bring over the image – this is most likely a result of the iCal feed we are receiving, but thought I would check.<\/p>\n
3. The venue details are not brought over (address) – again, this is most likely a result of the feed we receive but thought I would check.<\/p>\n
Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated.<\/p>\n
