I have a client that requires the following functionality on their wordpress site for booking class sessions:
\nThe client offers tutoring on a class basis with a certain amount of seats available for each session. They offer 3 types of session – morning\/afternoon\/full day sessions.<\/p>\n
Can your plugin offer a maximum number of seats for each session\/event so they don’t get over subscribed?
\nWould the number of seats available be displayed in the calendar for each session\/event?
\nIf an end user books 1x full day then we would need the morning and afternoon sessions availability to be reduced by 1 each as well. Can your plugin offer this?<\/p>\n
Need end users to be able to book more than 1 session – For example an end user could choose 7 sessions at different times\/dates and then pay for all 7 in one go?
\nOtherwise would end users have to put there registration details in 7 times to book 7 sessions and have 7 transactions from their payment method?<\/p>\n
Need to have additional fields that we can use on the registration form – such as checkboxes, drop downs and text fields?
\nIts not a deal breaker but please advise if these fields offer conditional logic so if a user picks a certain field from the dropdowns can it the form then ask a specific question?<\/p>\n
Does your plgin have some form of events dashboard so an administrator could easily see how many attendees there are at each event\/session?<\/p>\n
What payment methods are included with this plugin and can we offer more than one payment method for each event?<\/p>\n
Please advise what package(s) i need for the above?<\/p>\n
