\nI’ve been using the Invent Theme for a couple of months, and we’ve just now had a chance to use the free version of Events Calendar, which was bundled with the theme. The calendar looked great, since we work a lot with iCal, I proceeded to buy your “iCal-importer” add-on, installed it and it worked well. At this point, I was interested in creating a sidebar widget of the events, in calendar form. The free version only allows for “list view”, so we decided to purchase the Pro version, installed it, went to the widgets menu in WP, and successfully added a sidebar widget to one of our LearnDash course pages. The problems began when we went back and forth between creating new events, and testing the sidebar – we ended up with a white screen. And, once that happened, we were never able to get back to the Calendar. Since the white screen effectively crashed the entire WP plugins window, we proceeded to;
\n1. deactivate the 2 new add-ons, leaving only the original Events Calendar plugin activated = still gave us a white screen
\n2. removed all 3 of the Events Calendar plugins, and re-installed via FTP, and then again via the WP “add plugin” option (.zip)
\n3. we contacted our host provider, Bluehost, to check the server environment, and they confirmed that everything was OK from their end.
\n4. and we just submitted a support request through the Livemesh forum (creators of the Invent Theme) – hoping to hear back from them asap.
