We are looking for a plugin that can set recurring tours and came across yours. Here is a list of things we need:<\/p>\n
1. The ability to set recurring tours every day at specific hours – i.e. Sunday – Monday: 9am – 1pm, 11am – 3pm, 1pm – 5pm. (Your pro plugin)
\n2. The ability to set specific holidays as not available (Christmas, New Year’s, etc.)
\n3. “Ticket” Purchasing… they need to be able to purchase their tour online (your woocommerce plugin?)
\n4. Multiple attendees from one user in one purchase (purchase is from user + his\/her family\/friends).
\n5. Space limits that are shown. There will be a limit of either 4 or 6 people per tour (may change in the future). We would like the calendar to show how many spaces are still available per tour. For example, if there is one person signed up for the 8am tour (which has a max of 4 people) it would show text saying (3 slots available) next to the tour title. If all four are taken if would be nice if that tour was grayed and crossed out or not visible.
\n6. Pricing levels (currently want to have adult and children’s pricing but may have more types in the future). This would mean that one user can purchase tickets for himself and his wife along with 2 children (max 4 people). The adults may pay $85.00 and the kids $60.00.
\n7. An adult is required. We would like the available spaces to reflect this in the reservation form. For a tour with 4 slots available the dropdown next to adults could say 1,2,3,4 and the dropdown next to kids would be [empty],1,2,3 and the adults dropdown would be required.<\/p>\n
Could you tell me if your plugins can adapt to this system?<\/p>\n
