I have reviewed the thread https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/tickets-not-being-emailed/ but the recommendations have not resolved the issue. I have deactivated all plugins with the exception of Events Calendar Woo Commerce and Event Calendar Woo Tickets and still cannot get the tickets to email.
