Tickets not showing up on event

    With this past update this last week, our events which have ticket sales no longer show the WooTickets order form on the events.


    We did have some customizations to the templates, but I removed all template overrides to see if that was causing the issue but no tickets show up.

    I have tried changing “Location of Tickets form” but that didn’t do anything either.

    Any insight on this?

    So this is very odd. I cloned the site and database to staging and it shows up just fine. There is nothing different between staging and production other than the url and the database name.

    Any ideas on what might be wrong?

    This was actually a conflict with the ElasticPress search plugin

    So I just created a bug report for this issue, and we’ll look into it. I will let you know what we find out.
