Hello
We are using “The Events Calendar” and “The Events Calendar PRO”. We would like to read the events over the REST API with the following request:curl -X GET “https://new.cevi-uster.ch/wp-json/tribe/events/v1/events?page=1&per_page=10&start_date=2018-04-02%2001%3A59%3A00&end_date=2020-04-02%2018%3A26%3A09&categories=1” -H “accept: application/json”
We allways get back the following answer:
{
“code”: “rest_invalid_param”,
“message”: “Ungültige(r) Parameter: categories”,
“data”: {
“status”: 400,
“params”: {
“categories”: “Ungültiger Parameter.”
}
}
}We have created the request URL with Swagger Editor. Is there something wrong with the request or is this a bug?
Regards,

Thank you for your answer. The suggestion in https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/19364770-make-categories-available-via-the-rest-api will not solve the described problem. I want to select by their categories via the REST API endpoint /events/
The current swagger documentation of the REST API says the endpoint /events should have a parameter categories, but in the real implementation does not support this parameter. There is a missmatch between the documentation and implementation!
Please corrrect eighter the documentation or the implementation of the events endpoint of the REST API. You can read the swagger documentation by open the URL http://new.cevi-uster.ch/wp-json/tribe/events/v1/doc in https://editor.swagger.io//#/ (File -> Import URL)Thanks,
