From Bad to WORSE: Event Aggregator Still Still not working

    OK, let’s give it a few days and see if the increased limit (and real cron) start to have an effect.

    We’ve seen similar issues to those you noted with other customers and if the above steps don’t help, it may be that we need to wait out on some broader restructuring of our service to address some of those points.

    Hopefully, though, we’ll see some improvements over the next 7 days or so.

    I’m assuming this is a known issue, but just in case: it’s also importing a “repeating event” multiple times, but not with different dates / links.

    Aka, that event is setup to happen 4 times – every other week – 2/15, through 3/15
    But. It imported 3/1 three times and 3/15 once? And it did this twice.

    Please advise.

    Hi Saif – I’m going to import from that same event locally and see if I can replicate the same thing.

    Sorry to hear that, Saif.

    We do have some restructuring of our Event Aggregator service in the works that might help here, but it’s hard to be certain that that will help, based on this information alone.

    Could I once again ask for a fresh database dump?
